4. Why doesn’t the adapter include a battery, and which type do I need to purchase?
Due to air transport regulations, batteries are classified as hazardous goods and cannot be shipped with the adapter. The device requires one 18650 lithium battery, and it must be the version with a button-top positive end. For best performance, choose a battery with a capacity of 3000–4000mAh. Any reputable brand is acceptable, so you can purchase it locally with ease.
5. Do I need to pay customs duties or VAT?
No additional fees are required. Our price already includes shipping, customs duties, and VAT for all European countries, as well as Australia and New Zealand (except Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland).
