Shipping Fees Introduction:

Discounted Express: Shipping from China typically takes 10-15 business days, with slight variations depending on the destination country. Some distant countries may require 15-20 business days.

 

Standard: Shipping from China usually takes only 5-10 business days, with carriers typically being international couriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc.

Note: Unforeseeable factors such as war, natural disasters, adverse weather, etc., may cause slight delays.

 

Tracking your order:

After we made shipment, You will receive an email(The email address you left when place order), containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package.

Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

 

 Import Duties & Taxes:

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Orientrise encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Orientrise at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
