The Cybertruck has a deeper charging port, which makes many standard CCS1 to NACS adapters too short to fully connect. The extended version ensures a secure and reliable connection every time.
2. What charging power does this adapter support?
The adapter supports up to 500A / 1000V DC fast charging (up to 500A at liquid-cooled superchargers and around 300A at most standard stations, depending on the charger) and up to 80A AC Level 2 charging.
3. Is it compatible with other Tesla models besides Cybertruck?
Yes. While the extended design is made specifically for Cybertruck, it can also work with other Tesla models (S/3/X/Y).
4. Is it safe to use at high current and voltage?
Absolutely. The adapter is equipped with dual temperature sensor switches. The first sensor reduces charging speed when a set temperature is reached, and the second stops charging completely if the limit is exceeded. Once the adapter cools down and is reconnected, charging resumes safely.
